Do we have anything similar to PyMC  in Java/Kotlin?

Not yet. We are working on a interop module for BAT.jl, but nothing pure kotlin yet. Maybe some Java library, but nothing prominent I know.

By the way, what part of PyMC do you need. Basic Metropolis-Hastings is quite easy to implement. We can ask a student to do it.
