question 1: is there some example to copy on managing the cookie storage for http4k client?
we made it works but I think it should be kind of simpler than the code we've written

I don't think we have an example because production-grade solution is highly context dependent in this case. The only places I had to use cookie storage so far were web scrapers or tests things as a browser. In both case the simplest implementation backed by a collection did the trick.
