i'm having an issue with intellij not importing my settings (2022.1.3). i will export a settings, remove my custom live template. i see the exported zip file has the template. Then i import the templates and they're not in the settings, after it restarts. I even tried doing a full settings export/import. I am on enterprise and syncing with the intellij sync feature. It's possible there could be a permission issue, that's the only thing i can think of. How can i troubleshoot this?
