How can I efficiently parse this large text file of Q&amp;A?
I have a large text file in the following format with about 300 entries. Each Entry starts with "QUESTION #" text followed by the actual question, then the choices and an optional explanation.

What color is the Sky?

A. Blue
B. Red
C. Yellow
D. Green
E. Orange
