I need to Control the bottom sheet swipe area in Kotlin

I had a webview in bottom sheet. I'm showing pdf file in webview. While user try to zoom pdf the bottom sheet's swipe is working to. I want to swipe down the bottom sheet with only thouching the head of the bottom sheet.
