Broadcast IR signals using API level 16 (android 4.1) in android studio
i am trying to develop an app that uses the IR blaster on an old phone to mimic a

standard 24 key RGB remote▾

i found the

but support for IR was only added in API level 19. is there a way for me to make an IR app on a phone that only supports android 4.1 (LG Optimus F6 T-Mobile version)
