Hello
I have come here to understand the usage of slack for Kotlin. I am a newbie in Kotlin and I am completing the codelab on android app. My current queries are on why one solution is better than the other in terms of coding. Please do let me know if it is alright to ask in getting-started channel. I do not intend to crate noise hence posted here.

As a general rule, if you don't know where to ask, #getting-started is a great choice. Usually you'll either get an answer, or people will direct you to a better place to ask (whether it's a more specialized channel, or even an entirely different site like StackOverflow).

As to whether to prefer one solution over another, I think #getting-started is a fine place to ask, though you can try other places if you wish (e.g. #codingconventions).
