Role: Lead Kotlin Developer
Location: Netherlands Only 🇳🇱 (Remote)
Duration: 6 Months+
Rates: €90-110 per hour
Interview Process: 1 Stage Technical

• My client has recently been awarded some major projects in the Netherlands. They are looking to build a team of developers (Kotlin) mostly Senior and a Team Lead who will be comfortable being client facing.
• One of their end clients are looking to use Kotlin to rewrite and extend some of their backend systems. I’m told it's from scratch, rewrite and development of banking API's. They are based in Amsterdam but remote based anywhere between Amterdam & Eindhoven is allowed.
• Tech stack wise - API design Kotlin servers. Some familiarity with Kotlin backend options like Ktor / spring / http4k is useful but not essential. Just general experience writing server side code.
• They have other Dutch clients coming as well so the idea is to find someone very senior who can ultimately lead projects from scratch, hire more Senior Developers and run a digital team in Amsterdam.
• The contract is 6 months but most Engineers usually stay for 2+ years.
• Rates are flexible but a range would be €90-110 per hour
