Why would a Kotlin file called ContextualisedError...

Why would a Kotlin file called ContextualisedError.kt would present its contents as regular plain text and ContextualizedError.kt, with Z instead of S, show a regular Kotlin syntax?

I’m ignoring the problem but also slightly bugged about it.

It also seem to be the only situation this happens.
