Brief Description:
Minimum Qualifications:
●Bachelor's degree in engineering, design, computer science or equivalent practical
experience
●Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management
●Minimum of 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products, ideally in the
clinical or fintech space
Preferred qualifications:
●Previous experience working in an early stage startup
●Previous experience working with offshore engineering teams
●Previous experience working on enterprise, fintech, or large database products
Your role and responsibilities are centered around the following axes:
1. Effectiveness
a. Can break down complex problems into clear steps that designers and engineers
can use to build streamlined product experiences
b. Can clarify product priorities and break down feature sets into smaller areas of
ownership for engineers and designers
c. Able to understand the clinical finance ecosystem, market, competition and user
requirements in depth
d. Fluent in user experience and care deeply about understanding the customer
through user research and market insights
e. Works collaboratively with engineering, marketing, design and other teams to
drive alignment across the product and company
f. Loves thinking through big picture product strategy, but is capable of rolling up
their sleeves to manage project timelines, write product requirement docs, review
design work, and contribute to engineering sprints.

a. Ability to focus deeply on product, but also prioritizes cross-collaboration with
engineering, design and subject matter experts to ensure successful and
sustainable software implementation

a. Prioritizes unblocking engineers and designers when product challenges arise
b. Ensures project details, timelines and product decisions are available for other
stakeholders to view
c. Coordinates regular check-ins with leadership and records regular progress in
writing
