It would have still been nice to have some kind of mixture... using some kind of template together with already generated Meta objects for mapping results or binding fields...

I thins some kind of mixture would compromise maintainability.

Well, one thing could be field mapping... all the info is supposed to be in the Meta object...

So using `*` in the select in the template or even the fields might be automatically mapped to an object?
