Is anybody using KMMBridge with GitLab? Any guidance on implementing that combination is much appreciated.

Take a look at Gitlab package registry - you can interact with it as a maven repo. KMMBridge documentation covers pushing built artifacts to maven - https://touchlab.github.io/KMMBridge/artifacts/MAVEN_REPO_ARTIFACTS

SPM is just a git repo with a Package,swift at the root level, so should also work.
