In Android Studio Flamingo, whenever a pop-up appears, the content behind dims a bit.
Can we disable this behaviour? Previously, this was done because if Material theme UI, however, I completely disabled it.

I believe you’d have to ask the creator of Material Theme UI plugin as that dimming behavior is not something implemented by Android Studio or IntelliJ

It's strange because I even uninstalled the material theme plugin

But if Android Studio does not implement such a feature, it means is one of the other plugins
