Hello folks, please anyone has an idea where I can find information about the state of data science in Kotlin relative to R for example?

You need to define "data science" and "state" for that. It would be easier if you could just say what do you want to do

Being both a longtime R and kotlin user/dev, I'd say that despite all efforts kotlin has still to cover much more ground to get closer to R in terms of ease of use, modeling, tooling,  statistical libraries, and visualization.
