Upon running with --log-level=debug I can see indeed that ktlint doesn't pick the kspCaches debug. Can this be considered a bug? I understand that I can workaround it by using globs in the cmd invocation, but I think it's a reasonable expectation to have cases like this working when specified in .editorconfig
