Is it advisable to use TextField when having to edit large chunks of text? (Large as in several hundreds of KB).
Are there any better existing widgets for this?

If you dig deep into this slack channel I think you may find some previous discussion on this.
Last time I remember watching people talk about it they said to simply use View’s text field for incredibly big chunks of text though. Not sure if this has changed ever since.
