If there is enough visibility, could somebody from JetBrains comment on https://github.com/gradle/gradle/issues/21284 an approximate ETA for being able to use K2 with the scripting support which is required for Gradle?

We're working with Gradle team on it, some initial support is already in 1.8.20. But it is a bit too early to tell anything about the transition timeline.
