03/11/2023, 11:54 PMI thought it was “cater” since it is a synonym for “serve”. I like it better than the actual origin, so I am going to continue thinking it is “cater” 🙂

03/12/2023, 12:30 AMJust a speculation - “constructor” in a Russian language has a primary meaning as “building blocks”, so given KTor plugability this is probably what they meant.
