I'm integrating the ktlint-gradle plugin and when I run ktlintGenerateBaseline i don't get any errors, but all the baseline files are empty despite there being errors. i'm using plugin version 11.3.1, with ktlint pinned to 0.44.0. when i run via command line i get a non-empty baseline
