FYI 1.8.20-1.0.10 is basically unusable for us due to <https://github.com/google/ksp/issues/1280>

This is a known issue that will be noted in the release note. I will address this in a hotfix release asap. For now you might need to disable incremental to work around that.

I've made a potential fix that can be verified with a test case, the issue seems to come from mixing usage with KSP and KAPT where somehow KAPT's class output dir gets involved in the classpath snapshot. Anyway I've uploaeded a `1.8.20-1.0.11-SNAPSHOT` in snapshot repository, if you are interested, you can try to verify with this snapshot. Note that we have an automated snapshot task running nightly, if you see the snapshot publishing time is around 3am or 4am Pacific time, it might be overridden by automated task and I will upload again to keep snapshot updated.
