FYI I'm in touch with the dev of this plugin. While not strictly Kobweb, it can be used in your Kobweb project (they even include an example of that), which is why I encouraged them to share it here. I also think Tailwind is an interesting approach which a user might consider using instead of Silk. In other words, you can use Kobweb for its routing support and Column, Row, Box, and Modifier stuff, but use Tailwind for the UI. Also, if people think there are other channels in the Kotlin slack that might be interested in a tailwind Gradle plugin, let us know!
