06/21/2016, 3:56 PMWhile I agree that everyone should get some exposure, I think @cedric your confidence in the ability to repour the mold after its been cast in stupid, wrong ways has not been borne out in research. Most has shown that plasticity is limited and people are to a large degree trapped in that original cast. (BTW, if I were making an argument for what would be some traits to test for that would be more valuable than IQ, plasticity would probably be #1 on my list, and I think the best vs. worst on that spectrum would be orders of magnitudes apart.)
