Since nobody else is replying... These are probably not the answers you are looking for, but this is my understanding of the situation for your questions:
1) Very unlikely they will drop Android support if they are going to continue to support the language, it seems like a major portion of their userbase is Android users, they are targetting JVM 1.6 bytecode for Android compatibility. I don't think the intellij/AS plugins are open source, but if the compiler stopped producing Android-compatible code if you had the engineering resources you could fork it or use an old version as it is open source.
2) I don't know of a commitment that JB has made to continue support, but given that they've been funding its development since at least 2011(?), and it's only now starting to bear fruit I don't know why they would stop supporting it (also see 1. about kotlinc being open source)
3) I don't think the community is quite there yet but again, kotlinc is open source. Also I think asking for Android support for 10 years is overly conservative given the platform has been around for less than that.
By comparison Google could also decide to stop supporting Java on Android in favor of something else which would produce similar issues, especially given a 10 year timeframe. I'm interested to hear other people's opinions as well.
