As I understand this and discussed with some folks in that area of the IDE at KC this means that we will be able to depend on say the `Arrow Plugin` and the it would automatically ask the user or install it for them because their project depended on it. I’d love if someone from Jetbrains reading this can confirm this is the case or what that means for third party authors that need IDEA plugins for their project to succeed. Will this replace the marketplace floating window in which users need to manually manage their plugins?
