The Spring plugin will be loaded only for projects that use Spring, the Angular plugin will be loaded only for Angular projects, and so on. If you don’t use a technology, you won’t see any UI elements related to it, and you won’t see any impact on performance or memory usage from the plugin supporting that technology.
