12/08/2023, 3:13 PMJust updated to 2023.3 with the built-in kotlin plugin, and things seem to be quite broken. Gradle scripts don't report any errors, very simple projects and files are hanging on "Analyzing...". Have restarted with clearing indexes, same issue.
