In general it feels like fully supporting the latest 2 LTS versions should be enough..? @simon.vergauwen what's arrow's take on this? 🙂

I think for us it's simpler since we rely on Koltin Std, and KotlinX Coroutines only so try to follow the same strategies as them where ever it makes sense.
