No auto-completion, no awareness of `@file:DependsOn`= broken scripting experience

In case of a single file inside a directory - indeed the Smart mode does not work. We have a related request here: <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/FL-14728|FL-14728>

I did try opening the folder containing the file, but maybe that is still subject to this issue IDK.

Do you see a different experience when opening same file in the same way (a single file inside a directory) when using IntelliJ IDEA (or Android Studio) if you use them?
