Anyone knows why the "close thread" button disappeared in this Slack instance? It's there in the other instances I'm connected to, it's only missing in the Kotlinlang Slack. It's very annoying.

Edit: can be fixed with Cmd+R

Well, rebooting my Mac didn't work so I thought it was non-local, but hitting Cmd+R fixed it. Leaving it in case somebody else has the issue.

Very weird bug, why would there be an option to disable it

No I never changed a thing. It just disappeared last week.

I noticed it disappearing and re-appearing as well (in different Slack workspaces). There were some updates in the latest past versions of Slack regarding the thread view, so I assumed it was either some A/B testing thing or an introduced bug 😅
