Hi I can’t build a project in fleet only run it, running a project each time takes too much time, I just want to build a project to see compile errors. Does anyone have a build option for IOS or KMP projects? And if there is no build option, is this a bug or is building a project something that fleet does not support. There is a youtrack for this https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/FL-24353, but I’m not sure how anyone is using Fleet without this functionality

Hi! Thanks for reaching out:) Yes, the current state for the kmp projects is that Run button is responsible for building and running. I've contacted the assignee of the issue and we can expect it to be planned.

I think this is the case for all projects IOS also, at the moment there is only a Run button, there is no way to build
Hi Olga, do you know if this is planned for a future release, I had a look at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/FL-24353, but it is unclear whether this feature will be implemented, At the moment without this feature Fleet is unusable for me, as every time I want to see errors I need to run the project. Am I missing something here and that there is no need for a build button as Fleets incremental build is going to be so good that no build button will be needed.

@Fred Bowker hi! I was told that the issue is going to be planned. I've contacted assignee once again to get the current state. Will go back to you 👍🏿

Hi does anyone know whether in the latest version of fleet 1.40 you can now build a project or do you still need to always run it. It looks like build is now available for jetpack compose https://blog.jetbrains.com/fleet/2024/09/fleet-1-40-is-here-with-compose-preview-for-a[…]ng-documentation-for-php-and-groovy-and-other-improvements/. Is anyone using fleet for IOS development, without a basic build function I’m not sure how anyone is actually using it
