A while back I built a cli tool and gradle plugin that shrinks vector artwork (svg, vector drawable, etc) and can bidirectionally convert between supported formats. I've been working on it again lately.

It could support image vector and other formats like vector pdf with not a lot of work (probably). It would only require adding logic to read and write those formats to and from the internal representation.
