I still find fleet to be far from usable as a daily driver, whether it be from papercuts like the above to more glaring issues like trying to change branches turning the whole IDE purple and unusable until I restart. I'm curious if there's any plans for a more stable channel if there's a desire to have folks use this as a daily, or if it's expected to stay in this preview state for a while until it's farther along

Big purple box is an unhandled UI exception as far as I know, if you can grab logs and throw them into an issue in cases like this, there's usually an obvious stacktrace in there which helps get it fixed

That's fair, I agree it's not your job to catch all these issues! But we definitely appreciate it whenever you have the time.

Thanks for sending in the report and logs for this one, I've boosted the issue a bit. Still reproduces in the nightlies too.

Not a daily fleet user, does it have 'submit all errors' functionality like other IDE? However, not sure if that data is used much also.

There's a report exceptions button, though it goes into a huge pile. So filing an issue is much more effective. Also, very hard to click the "report" button when the UI has crashed 😛
