Hi Folks!

We have something exciting to share: Valera, our VC-K-powered CMP Identity Wallet App for iOS and Android has finally been open-sourced! This may very well be the most feature-complete app out there when it comes to complying with the emerging eIDAS2 / EU Digital Identity Wallet specification and beyond. It certainly is the only CMP digital identity wallet building on the EUDIW tech stack, as it only contains trace amounts of Swift glue code and implements as almost all functionality using KMP/CMP.

I'm sharing this here because it is (at least currently) not intended as a product to hit the market. Instead, being a 100% Apache-2 OSS project, it demonstrates how a digital identity wallet app works, implements fetching, managing, and presenting SD-JWT and ISO-mDL Verifiable Credentials including selective disclosure.
Having back-end and front-end share a fully integrated Verifiable Credentials platform allows for rapid prototyping with ease and exploring novel concept across targets!
