Is `continuation_indent_size` ever going to be properly implemented? I feel like every other year I have this massive changeset because ktlint can't decide if it will or won't allow it.

I would very much appreciate if it worked though because Intellij/AS provides a value for it in their formatter, and since I have it set to 2 there, I'd like to be able to do the same with ktlint.

This is with 0.46.1 because I use ktlint through detekt
