I'm working on a popup mechanism for tooltips, dropdowns, etc.

The last commit (just moments ago) implements `hoverPopup` from <https://github.com/spxbhuhb/adaptive/blob/1da36f2b95988f55bf7c8f45e63942506423c635/doc/ui/popup.md|this> documentation.

Flipping based on available space is not implemented yet (I'll start to work on that now).
