what free tools do you recommend for writing design documents, like: deployment plans, system designs, and so on? Something that can be sent to colleagues for feedback and cooperation. At work I currently use Google Docs and it's fairly OK - I like the commenting/suggesting feature, but browsing history could be better, and there's no direct way to blame (like git blame)
