Will publishing to maven repos, both local, internal, and public (e.g. central) be available in standalone amper soon? Can't use amper until that is available.

You can already publish JVM-only libraries to maven repos (although we don't have any extra for maven central releases from OSS sonatype right now). KMP publication will come later, but we're definitely going to work on it
