Is there any documentation yet on how to write plugins for Amper?

There are no plugins yet as far as I know

When Amper goes standalone, there will have to be a way to extend its capabilities.

Of course we're totally aware of this. That's why we're actively working on extensibility right now. The design is not final yet, but we will be working on a prototype soon.
