Posted on github, then found this channel. Thanks for the <https://github.com/JuulLabs/indexeddb|indexeddb> library. I’m integrating it in a js library and have a couple of queries:

1. How can I use getAll with a key range and a limit? it only seems to allow `Key?` as input. Trying to achieve the equivalent of: `Select * from table where id >= startId limit maxEntries.` I understand that it can be achieved via cursor APIs but getAll is more efficient <https://nolanlawson.com/2021/08/22/speeding-up-indexeddb-reads-and-writes/#:~:text=Luckily%2C%20in%20IndexedDB%20v2%2C%20we%20got%20two%20new%20APIs%20to%20help%20out%20with%20this%20problem%3A|as its a true bulk read>  
2. How do we manage db close safely? Would ideally want to get some sort of event/callback based on which I can reopen a database if it closed due to upgrade/etc from other tabs. But see no way to achieve it in existing apis
