What is the problem/difference that you are facing compared to previous releases?

11/14/2025, 7:39 PMI got a Renovate PR updating Ktlint to 1.8.0, but it is failing my status checks since my tooling is trying to get the 1.8.0 Ktlint CLI artifact from the GitHub release (because the release doesn't exist yet).

11/14/2025, 7:45 PMHmm I will check tomorrow. The release did exist earlier today. But we had to republish because the maven artifacts were not correctly signed. It might be that we need to publish a new 1.8.1 release in coming days. Sorry for inconvenience.
