trying to generate an ABI dump with:

but it's generating an empty `.api` file in an android subproject, while a non-android Kotlin library generates the abi dump correctly. 

Using AGP `8.12.3` and KGP `2.2.21` if that matters. 

Is there a way to get the experimental binary validation feature to work with Android subprojects?
