Hello everyone, I'm facing a nasty interop issue for `LazyColumn`s embedded in `iOS` bottom sheets.
Details in :thread-please:

*Reproduction*

> The issue is reproduced on:
> 1. Both simulators & Real devices
> 2. A variety of OS versions (`16` -> `26`)
> 3. On several `Compose` / `Kotlin` versions including `1.11.0-alpha04` / `2.3.10`

*My setup*

> • Native `iOS` navigation presenting native sheets
> • `ComposeUIViewController` for rendering embedded compose content (default configuration used)
> • `LazyColumn` in compose UI - this issue is reproduced across multiple destinations pagination or not

*History*

> Back then the scroll was completely ignored but now it's gotten to this "unwilling" state where it's hard to get it going from a standstill until velocity builds up
