After enabling
-XXexplicit-return-types=warning
I'm getting
Copy code
e: … The feature "unnamed local variables" is experimental and should be enabled explicitly. This can be done by supplying the compiler argument '-XXLanguage:+UnnamedLocalVariables', but note that no stability guarantees are provided.
The code compiled fine previously. The version of Kotlin has not changed. Is this expected?
d
I'm confused, this flag has nothing about unnamed local variables. On which code and in which configuration it happens?
c
Nevermind I found the problem,
freeCompilerArgs = listOf("-XXexplicit-return-types=warning")
deletes the
-Xreturn-value-checker=full
that another convention plugin was adding🤦‍♂️
d
Yeah, always
+=
, never
=
.
