kotlinlang

Hi folks! As some of you already know from the <https://www.youtube.com/live/MmwBJbzWbV0?si=PNVWbErLZLc-G_7e&t=951|KotlinConf 2026 keynote>, Amper is now becoming bigger and is part of the new Kotlin Toolchain. Since some of you were already asking about a Slack channel for it, we decided to rename the `#amper` channel to `#kotlin-toolchain`, since the name Amper will no longer be used as a product. I hope you'll enjoy the new turn that our team is taking! :kodee-loving:

Guess we need another Emoji now.

Maybe once we get a proper logo :slightly_smiling_face:

I was just starting to like the name Amper.
