Updated Kotlin toolchain and seems that publishing to mavenCentral stopped working.

When I type “./koltin publish mavenCentral` it complains about ‘mavenCentral’ because it’s not marked as publishable.

However I have configured:

settings:
  publishing:
    enabled: true
    group: org.roboquant
    version: 3.3.0
    publishSources: true
    signArtifacts: true
    mavenCentral:
      publishingMode: auto
      enabled: true
...

I then get this error:

Internal error: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Task 'TaskId(value=:roboquant:publishToMavenCentral)' already exists

However if I set the other one to false, there is more progress (builds and tries to publish), but still an error:

BTW publishing a snapshot to Maven (central.sonatype.com/repository/maven-snapshots) works fine.

I believe this is because Maven Central requires a special way to publish, so we can't define it as a regular repo and publish with the regular Maven mechanism
