Do I need to configure something for hot-reload in Ktor or should it work out of the box? For context, I've created a project with `kotlin init`, so it has development mode enabled by default, but nothing I do is actually reloading the server. I'd appreciate any info on this.

I believe Ktor hot-reload doesn't work yet with the Kotlin Toolchain. From what I remember, normally it detects changes and reloads, but it breaks because the Kotlin Toolchain doesn't generate all class files atomically (they may appear little by little), and thus the watcher asks for reload too early.
