Hi all! I’m looking for examples of apps originally written in native Android (better if in Java) that have been migrated, or are being migrated, to Kotlin Multiplatform. Can anyone help me / know of any open-source repositories or projects that did this? So far, I’ve found this implementation of the Now app in Kotlin: • github.com/android/nowinandroid • github.com/skydoves/nowinandroid-kmp Thank you in advance! K

Jetcaster is the best example to check out . It started out as a Jetpack Compose sample in Android's compose-samples repo, and the Kotlin team actually migrated it to Compose Multiplatform the Jetpack compose version: https://github.com/android/compose-samples/tree/main/Jetcaster the migrated compose multiplatform : https://github.com/kotlin-hands-on/jetcaster-kmp-migration They also wrote an official migration guide walking through all the challenges and solutions step by step: https://kotlinlang.org/docs/multiplatform/migrate-from-android.html Have fun K

I was checking this when I was doing my first KMP migration: github.com/ghostbyte-dev/pixelix/pulls?q=author%3Aterrakok&page=3 It was originally in kotlin but it was using some java libraries. Once you finish converting your java files to kotlin it can be a very good example to follow as the author is a jetbrains employee.
