I was using Android studio Rabbit 1 | 2026.2.1 with kotlin mutliplatform plugin 262.9437.133-AS

i think it was a problem in the recent month with compose component resources where this is previewing with JP lang even though it used to show properly with the "English". Any idea on what's the problem or how to fix this

This looks like the issue tracked in <https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KMT-643|KMT-643>: the inline resource preview selects a locale-specific value instead of the default `values` resource. The fix is available in KMP plugin build 262.9437.274 and later, so please update Android Studio/KMP and check whether the issue persists.

oh way later version, guess I'll just tough it up for a while
