Is there any working Kotlin IDE? I'm losing my mind in IDEA. The Kotlin plugin breaks all day long. Completely unusable, and it feels like it has gotten worse.

It looks like you have an issue with intellij most probably someone will help you find the root-cause. If you are looking for other IDE just check https://kotlinlang.org/ website.

I cannot really follow actually. IntelliJ works perfectly fine here. And you will also hardly find a better alternative, as Kotlin and IntelliJ as both created by JetBrains. If you have issues you should report them at youtrack.jetbrains.com, so that they can fix them. JetBrains is usually pretty responsive.
