I heard newest intellij lets you have project in tabs at the top of the IDE. I can't find the tweet anymore, but does anyone know if thats true/how to enable?

i think thats a macos 11 feature. and it did not work with idea, but with the latest version it does

it works just like the apple document says

just change the setting in preferences/general then idea will default to tabs

but you can drag the tab out to make it a separate window
